The app does not work...
Worked first few times. Now there is no menu to order from. Frustrated.
Used it back in the day and it was amazing. After an update it never worked again. I contacted customer service and... nothing. I've recently tried it again, but it still won't work. Refuses to recognise my old account and won't allow you to sign up with a new one - I need a validation request code for my phone, but there's no option to get one. Dear Play Store, please just remove it. If somebody creates an alternative I reckon they'd be quids in.

Why i have to keep searching for our school? Is there an option to save it somewhere? The search isn't able to find the name of our school?
Love the app. It is extremely easy to use. We use it for our school canteen and it is straight forward to use as a parent, and really easy to use as a canteen manager. We are really happy with it
This app won't let me add a payment option. Worthless...
When ordering on the app it will change dates when it updates the weeks shown. There are always 2 weeks shown and if you order when it moves the weeks forward it will put your order to the following week. If you don't notice it. You kids don't get lunch because the app has jumped the current week. It's very annoying.
**Samsung Users note** app requires current version of Chrome to work properly. I couldn't update my payment details for months simply because I disabled Chrome when I upgraded to a new phone and was using Samsung Internet. Once I enabled and updated Chrome, everything worked perfectly.
Useless app! I cannot add new banking card details. No assistance from Qkr.
